Job Opportunities
Attend to customers’ technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers’ satisfaction. Interact with customers’ technical teams to illustrate solutions. Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc.
You are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Their work includes: organizing sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products.
