Service Engineer
Job Description
Attend to customers’ technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers’ satisfaction. Interact with customers’ technical teams to illustrate solutions. Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc.
